How To Use

• Step 1: Shake before using.
• Step 2: Squeeze a small amount out and apply to the lips and cheeks under or over makeup with fingertips or a brush.
• Step 3: Layer under powder blushes, bronzers, lip balms, and lip glosses for added intensity.
