Good Nighttime Lotion
I have dry, flaky skin, especially during the winter. I have a hard time finding affordable products to sooth my cracked hands. I usually use St. Ives Collagen Elastin, but decided to try this new scent. I found it a little overwhelming & it clashed with my daily perfume. It might be better used as a nighttime lotion.
A great buy!
Although I try to avoid Walmart, I went there on a whim & found this near the bottom of a shelf for around $3.00. It was a great buy! I store small containers of lotion like this in my bookbag since I am a full-time college student & spend long days at school. I also like EOS because they do not use any animal byproducts in their products & don't condone animal testing.
This is a great buy for the price (I think it was between $6-$10). But make sure you screw the lid back on so it does NOT dry out and get flaky between uses. The brush it comes with is a bit wonky so I threw it away. Use an angled eyeshadow brush for best results and wash/air dry between uses. You can create thick looks, cat eyed looks, etc. etc.
An individual scent that works for anyone
I dislike traditional floral scents (rose, etc.) because I find them harsh. However, I discovered Daisy four years ago & instantly fell in love! It's dainty & unique & its scent smells different on everyone who wears it. I've worn it every day for four years & I'm complimented constantly with things like "You smell pretty!" or "What are you wearing?" I'm on my third or fourth bottle (though note, 2-3 sprays per day is just enough).
I usually go for an premoistened wipe to remove my make-up at night, but I saw this in my mom's medicine cabinet & decided to give it a whirl. Put a pea sized dollop on a cotton ball & press (don't rub!) onto an eye for several seconds so the make-up is absorbed. Then open your eye & gently rub along your bottom lashline. Rinse your eye with water (a personal preference), lightly pat dry & repeat on the other eye.
