This is one of my everyday-can't-live-without products. I bought this product in Hungry Heart, because I loved the shimmer highlighter and frankly, I'm terrified of bronzers in general. --The ivory shade doesn't impart much colour, but leaves a spray of shimmering golden sparkles where it's brushed on, while the pinker side leaves only a hint of rose, with more of a champagne shimmer. I typically use the darker side in the hollows of my cheeks and over my blush, while the lighter shade is dusted on my cheek bones and the bridge of my nose.

I was never into blush. As a very fair-skinned person, I felt like every blush I tried went on like a racing stripe and was impossible to blend out naturally. That's why I love MAC's Beauty Powder blushes--I've been using Briar Rose, from the Venomous Villains collection for about a month now and I'm heartbroken it's not a permanent product! It's my go-to everyday cheek, just enough colour to pop on my skin, but not harsh or chalky or over-dramatic, like anything else I've ever tried.
