You can notice a difference in the blackheads pretty darn quick! The very first time I used the OCM, I could tell a difference. The each night I could tell that my skin kept changing for the better! It is Def worth a try!

Oil pulling is where you basically swish coconut oil (that's the kind I use) like you would a mouthwash every morning for about ten mins. It is said to pull toxins out of your body, but the most wonderful difference is in your teeth and oral health. It helps whiten your teeth ALOT and makes your whole mouth so healthy. Like seriously, when I floss now I Do Not bleed at all, like not even a little bit-- which is a sign of good gum health. Even my dentist noticed.
