Hi Ashley, honestly my nails are not very long, just the nail bed is, they are soft and break easily when get too long. I like getting no chip manicures, which harden my nails and prevent breakage. I do not take any vitamins at this time, but try eating protein, nuts, foods with vitamin A, fish that contains Omega 3, which kind of help growing hair and nails.
