Not all real hair.

I have bought 2 sets from Foxy Locks over the past few years - the first set, I was over the moon, I was researching on hair extensions on you tube and that's where I first came across Imogen and her extensions.

So anyway the first set were great had colour 6.

I then coloured my hair and decided I would buy some fresh new extentions rather than colour the older ones.

I got my extensions quite quickly and packaged well - the price is good!

But here is the negative part and listen up girls!

This hair is part human and part synthetic - how else can Imogen have low prices for the weight she provides and still make a huge profit? But bulking up her hair with synthetic hair. Ever so slightly I must add - but there is definitely synthetic hair in there.

How do I know? Because when I went to curl my hair strands of the synthetic hair was re-coiling under the heat - natural hair does not do this. Other strands of the hair did not do this, only the synthetic hair did.

I posted a comment on Imogens you tube video and she deleted it. I haven't bothered to email customer service as no doubt I would get a shitty response. I'm not sure if I am going to purchase another set from Foxy Locks...I don't think so as I don't like to feel my money is going to someone who isn't honest.

I normally use Flawless Finish in the compact cream formula so I thought I would try the mousse for a change and see how long it last's in comparison.

I am surprised to say it lasted ages and I used it everyday. (sometimes twice a day)

It was easy to dispense, it smoothed out effortlessly and provided me with good full coverage all day. (I only topped up before I went out after work)

I would by this again.

Felt like gel on my face. Shiny gel!

"No no no no no! This isn't what it should be doing!?"

Those were my words when I saw my face after I applied this!

It was shiny, it was sticky, it felt like gel on my face, it just 'sat' on top. I thought I had picked up a tub of Vaseline and smeared it over my face.

I persevered and use my normal foundation.....nope, still didn't like it. Wiped it all off and started again without it.

Not for me.

Perfect soft pink glow.

This blusher is perfect if you need a slight baby pink glow. Can also use over collar bones for that subtle high light effect.

Lasted ages and has a lovely smell.

I wouldn't buy this again as I do like my blush to be darker.

Also the brush - amazing. I still use the brush for my other blushers.

Not great...Sorry!

Hmmm I bought two of these mascara's as I had high hopes! But both were a let down for me.

The brush: It just doesn't seem to 'grab' my lashes and get them a decent coating of mascara from root to tip.

The mascara: was too thick, it did clump, and still felt damp on my eyes - I ended up blowing upwards from my mouth to make them feel dryer.

Maybe I picked up two of the worse ones ever.

I have been using this since November 2012. It' is absolutely fab. Ideal hard casing makes it easy for my commute - no breakages in my bag!

The tweezers aren't fantastic but they can grab the odd long hair - shorter ones - not so great. Long lasting and well pigmented colour. The dark wax is good for taming the odd wild hair and filling in gaps. I use the powder to then shade.

Never use a normal hairbrush again!

I bought this in December 2013 and have not used another brush since. Not only has my hair grown 4 inches! - I don't suffer any breakage anymore, this doesn't 'pull' your hair as it's brushing.

I've not had one tangle it cannot tease out yet! Definitely worth every penny - wish I had bought it sooner. x
