Oh I live in America so I am not sure if you can find loreal in England:/ but any black liquid liner or gel liner would be just as good (:

OK so apparently the vendor I bought my hair from has magically disappeared ugh!! But I have been eyeing hair from new star and stema hair companies on aliexpress because of good reviews. If you're unsure about it look up both companies on YouTube or look at the feedback on the hair on the site. Let me know if you have any questions :-)

No problem!! It also comes with a brush so if you don't have a liner brush it comes with one. So you get two products for $10 (:
