Put Off with This Lucky Bag Item

Like most I received this in my Lucky Bag this year. This is not a universal palette and each shadow contained glitter. Not one matte, transition or highlighter shade. Knowing I had no use for this in my collection I put it up for sale. All anyone would pay for it was $5. Guess its better than putting it in the trash can, someone might use it. Last year I got a ND Palette. What happened this year? The reason these Lucky Bags fly off the shelf is because Beautylish is known for putting high end, tried, tested and trusted brands in the Bag. My entire bag was awful. I sold all but two items. I got a brush set that was priced at $11, last year I got a Wayne Goss Brush. Also received 11 lip products. Why? Colors of white, green, bold pink. I'm 52 years old, what I'm I going to do with that? I wrote a letter of complaint to Customer Service to be told that your people pride themselves in choosing just the right products and sorry but not sorry, no replacements, no exchanges nothing but "oh well". This will be my last Lucky Bag. This Canadian had to pay extra shipping, duties, taxes and exchange to get a pile of garbage. You may have lost my business, hope it was worth it. Clearly I'm not the only unhappy customer!
