Unfortunately I can't really answer all that! I can help some, but not all. Blonde would be easy as long as you go to someone who knows what they're doing, bleaching isn't that damaging. But that also depends on your hair structure, if it's strong then it'll hold well. If you ask a salon for a consultation they'll be able to tell you how light they could bring your hair without damaging and how much it would cost. Consultations are usually free. But price depends on the salon, area and person. But definitely get it done professionally, bleach isn't something that is easy to use.
I think blonde would be pretty, like a dirty blonde kinda thing :) but brand wise, if you can find a salon that uses olaplex, it will make a noticeable difference (like you dyed your hair one shade rather than like 5 shades lighter) but it will make the price higher. Personally I don't think it matters that much, I've used it before but I never noticed that big of a difference while bleaching my hair, but a lot of people do see a difference. But that would rack your price up since it's not at all salons and usually only at the super pricey ones. Brand wise, whatever your local salons use will be good. They use brands that aren't available to people without cosmetic licenses so it's not something to worry about since they're all really equally as good. But just invest in a hair mask, find one that you like and use it every few washes and it shouldn't make to much of a difference from your hair now :) you may have to get a purple shampoo if you want an ashy blonde, but your stylist would be able to explain that :) hope it all works out! And if you have any other questions feel free to ask, and I apologize if this is rambly and doesn't make sense, I got my wisdom teeth out and am on heavy painkillers so I'm a bit foggy still lol.

Thank you for commenting on my picture, I'm on my phone so I'll reply here :)
I keep my hair healthy by taking care of it, but I have quite strong hair due to genetics. I have excess keratin in my body so my skin, nails and hair are quite strong protein wise. Which is great but I'm very hairy due to it lol.
But the dyes I use are not damaging, so the only real damaging part is the bleach. I bleach my roots all in one go, but the length of my hair I don't bleach again. I wait for my color to fade between each change. The color I use is basically veggie pigment and conditioner, so it's like a hair mask every time I dye it. I don't do much with my hair. I shampoo once or twice a week with the body shop banana shampoo, and I use a hair mask (currently it's the Loreal total repair 5 mask) as a normal conditioner, then I rinse that out after I'm done shaving ans my body stuff, and I'll put in a bit of the body shop banana conditioner on the ends and rinse it out quickly but not thoroughly so that there's still some on my hair.
I get out of the shower and dry it out with a tshirt, and then if I'm air drying I'll apply an oil, usually argon, and if I'm not I'll apply the treseme heat protection spray. And then I are dry or blow dry with cool air, and braid/twist overnight for waves or curls. I generally don't use heat tools other than my blow dryer, so it's all heatless hairstyles for me. I apply oils everyday to the ends of my hair. And I apply olive oil all over my hair monthly and leave overnight. But I really don't do anything special to it, fortunately for me it's mostly my genetics and using safe dyes.
But thank you again, and if you have any questions of anything feel free to ask :)
