Is it recommended for use in the immediate eye area for the Pink religion eye shadow palette as it says online at Beautilish website is an eye shadow palette, is it vegan? It makes a great blush.

I had to return it at a cost of $23 Canadian after reading the information on the palette/box when I received the shipment. I also got the highlighter and it is extremely glittery. If you like glitter you will love the highlighter. All the colours I like in the shadow palette and packaging is great too. The shadows look lovely as a blush to match pink lipsticks.
