comes on oily and stays oily no matter how much primer powder or setting spray I use ! only thing good is the coverage but of course it dosent stay throughout the day.I prefer NARS Sheer Matte.really does STAY matte,last long and also the coverage is buildable

heard nothing but great reviews and I was def a little skeptical once I saw how skinny the wand is,,gave me no volume or curl I had way better luck w mascaras (I like the big fat mascara wands)
