Adorable addition for Sui fans; otherwise not worth it!

I've been doing my makeup and tweezing exclusively with this mirror. It is quite sizable for a compact, but still very comfortable to hold. The hinge is stable and allows you to bend it back enough for placing on a flat surface, making it extremely helpful for hands-free use. On the downside it's designed with the same plastic material used in other Sui products, which I find too delicate, so you would find a far more durable compact elsewhere. In conclusion, if you're looking for something durable and practical, then this isn't worth it. However for Anna Sui fans and collectors, this is definitely a must-have!

Although I think it's fair to say that the Z•Palette has already made a name for itself as a most practical, functional, amazing must-have product, I'll throw my two cents in anyway simply by saying, "I love it!" Initially, my biggest concern was with durability -- and by extension -- longevity, so I was actually quite surprised by how hardy the palette is. It's very durable, and very nicely -- and smartly -- designed. I use the larger palette for various face products, and will very likely order other sizes in the near future as well. In conclusion this is a very function, practical item to have, and is totally worth the expense plus more.

I purchased Anna Sui's Rose Cheek Color in "Mystic Rose" because I find something about the lavender and blue color palette striking and very unique. This cheek color is very sheer, shimmery, and whimsical, and used best as a highlighter rather than how one would traditionally use a blusher for deep color or contour. The texture is smooth, and the luminous finish is very pretty and romantic. The adorable compact itself is very durable and travel friendly, and is surely an addition for makeup collectors or packaging lovers. While I'm very satisfied with my purchase, and am happy to have this compact as part of my collection, I wasn't quite impressed enough with the product itself to repurchase again in the future. Overall it's a good product, but more of a luxury or treat than a beauty box staple.
