Hi Quynh, I am answering your question on your profile since I'm not sure if you are still following/or have access to the topic in which you posted it in.
In re to my toner: 50/50 ( Apple cider vinegar and water ). Shake well before each use. You can boil the water if you don't feel safe using the water. It must be diluted with water as ACV alone is not a safe thing to practice on the skin. The ACV must organic, raw, unfiltered ACV. ACV mimics the PH of the skin. Regular vinegar, or filtered ACV is not safe to use. The reason I say filtered ACV vinegar is not safe to use is because sometimes it's just regular vinegar with food coloring added to it.
My Salicylic Acid and Sulfur is what I use to cleanse with, it's a facial cleanser. I don't use BP to cleanse with and I wouldn't use any BP spot treatments over 2.5%, especially with my skin type.
I have tried BP and I am not too fond of it. It seems to offer more of a temporary relief for acne, and it can cause mild chemical burns on thinner or more sensitive skin. It seems to work well for classic acne, but I prefer using Tea tree oil as a spot treatment, with some salicylic acid. Like I mentioned on my blog, my skin care routine pertains specifically to my skin type. What may work for me, may not be strong enough for you.
