Hello bonnie, I saw youre question about the powder. setting youre foundation can be done with powder, ore a setting spray. it makes that youre makeup stays in place, and not crease. you acctualy kinda secure it. also with powder it maked you a bit matt, which is good when you are oily. also powder gived a bit extra cover. so a good step would be to apply a primer, then foundation, and then set it. like under the eyes and T-zone.
