Best Mascara Ever
After years of searching for the best mascara (and usually using two to get the effect I desired) I found this HG mascara! I was on the subway one morning and this girl whipped it out and started using it on herself... it took her small lashes and made them so va-va-voom that as soon as I got off at my stop I went to drugstore and bought it. Haven't been the least bit disappointed. It lengthens, curls, and volumizes. (I use the water resistant and it also stays on all day and washes off easily.) This mascara is a dream.
Versatile, Good Value, Must Try
Love it! Very long lasting. If you don't want a matte finish you can apply balm underneath and it will still last... sometimes I do this, leave it on while I do my makeup, then tissue it off when I've finished - leaving a pretty stain on my lips. Highly recommend to anyone.
Impressed!
I am surprised that so many reviewers have had a negative experience with this mascara as I think it's wonderful! I bought it to lengthen my lashes but it also created volume nicely and stayed put throughout the day.
I have one eye with curly eyelashes and one eye with straight eyelashes. I usually use two different mascaras to make them appear even but this one did the trick and held all day long.
I haven't experienced any flakiness but then again I've only used this for a short time. Honestly this is the best drugstore mascara I've ever tried and I'm impressed!
While very long-lasting, this eyeliner isn't smooth and is very difficult to apply. Also once you go to sharpen it the product just falls out of the opening of the pencil.
In general it's a good product - I could draw a line and smudge it and it would last all day. However you lose so much product from sharpening (and the fall out) that makes this a terrible buy. Still love Jemma Kidd though!
This is the lipgloss I go home to
No matter what I try, nothing compares to Laura Mercier lip glace in BonBon. I've gone through a few tubes now, and can't get enough! It's the perfect pinky-coral for everyone!
3 Burts Bees Shimmer Sticks = 1 Clinique Chubby Stick
This is a good product and I certainly enjoy using my Woppin Watermelon, but for the price I'd recommend purchasing the Burts Bees Shimmer Sticks instead (or tinted balm of your choice).
What you're really getting with the Clinique is the cute packaging.
So I did it. Spent $21 on a brow gel ($23 if you include tax!) It is, so far, worth it. I have thin, ash blonde eyebrows and was hesitant to purchase something with such a gold tint. However, the wonderful Sephora saleslady applied some on my eyebrows and sent me on my merry little shopping way, knowing I'd come back in a couple hours to buy it. She was right.
The gel has a great hold and lasted all day- something that routinely fails me with other brands I've tried. The gold tint looks natural but be careful not to over apply. A little goes a long way!
LOVE THIS!!!
Bought this while on a weekend getaway... went into Target to pick up sunscreen and a toothbrush, and walked out with quite a bit more. This tinted moisturizer makes my skin look absolutely radiant. It's too bad that there's such a poor selection of colors - I'm Linen, the second lightest color, and I'm pretty pale!
This is the ultimate lazy girl summer makeup. It lasted the entire day and kept the shine at bay (I have combo skin) and it was the only thing I had on my skin. I like it so much that I'll probably start ditching the concealer I normally use and just swipe a bit of this on my face. It's faster and it looks better. I'm glad I forgot my sunscreen and toothbrush!
money money money - must be funny - in a rich man's world
Bought this duty-free and only use it when my skin is in dire need. It's SO expensive, but oh my lord this stuff is fantastic. Last time I wore it I actually got compliments on how pretty my skin was - score! Highly recommend it if you have the dough.
