I don't have a huge problem with blackheads, but it helps a bit! :) basicly you just wash your face and make sure your nose is wet , then place the pad on, and then when the pad is stiff, you can remove it:) if it hurts a bit just rub some water onto it:) I dont use it regularly, since I dont have a skin problem:) But it helps when I do:)
