I would recommend this for oily skin

Love this foundation, I needed a foundation for the summer that was suitable for work and had decent coverage. I was using MAC's Studio Fix Powder plus Foundation and considering my scarring from previous breakouts, I don't have the luxury of being able to use just that and be satisfied. I'm a sucker for liquid anyway so when the lady saw I had oily skin she recommended I use this over the Face and Body and I haven't looked back since. I found you need to work it in pretty quickly because it's water based. I would also recommend if you use the 187 brush to apply, be sure to buff it in really well. I use the Studio Fix powder to set my foundation and I use my 109 brush for the buffing it in and it works really well for me. Pair this foundation with the use Laura Mercier's Oil Free Primer and you are good to go!

Great product to use before cleanser. It's advertised as the first product one uses in the double cleansing process. You can use it with any cleanser. I don't use it at the minute, but when I did I had great results. You can FEEL the difference in your skin.

I usually use this to set my Studio Fix and it works well. I would say though on its own its best with M.A.C's Fix+ to avoid an ashy finish. For the summer its great to use on its own if you want an understated look although I would say it you have oily skin will have to be touch up pretty frequently.

What's not to like about this nifty attachment? Dispensing the foundation is made very convenient with the pump. There is no option but to buy this when buying M.A.C foundation.

Love love love this brush. I opted to use this as my chosen foundation brush over the MAC #190. I felt the finish that I achieved using the Studio Fix foundation with this brush was a lot more polished. And like many other ladies have mentioned here, you end up using less product. I will say though despite washing it regularly, it does shed slightly otherwise. I will say it is TOTALLY worth the investment.
