Beauty Product Reviews
Looking for an amazing rosy red lipiner with a great forumla? Look no further.
I love a bold lipstick, and while I know lipliner makes the application smoother, I usually can't bother messing about with an extra step. But with the Savage Rose lipliner, I make time for it. The shade is a gorgeous deep red that spans the color spectrum of red, deep rose, and plum. Because of tis versatile color, I find that I can use it with many different lipstick shades to line my lips. As for formulation, the lip liner is sticky, but not so tacky that my lips seal together without a lipstick on top. It never feels drying on the lips, as it's so creamy that application is a breeze. This shade is working wonders for me, and while the price tag is a bit steep, I definitely think I'm getting my money's worth. One of the best lipliners I've ever used.
the perfect product for low-fuss hydration
As a lover of lip products of all kinds, I'm very picky when it comes to my lip balms. If I'm not wearing lipstick, I have to have a lip balm on, so I love something hydrating and healing, without being too heavy. Too much to ask? Not in one of these! After 2 years, Korres Lip Butters have yet to fail me. They provide intense moisture that lasts and feels fantastic. I have had three shade, Guava, Quince, and Pomegranate. Guava smells wonderful, but leaves a slightly whitish cast on the lips that can look somewhat sickly. Pomegranate is a nice hint of coral. Quince, my favorite, is a gorgeous rosey shade that instantly makes the face look brighter.
Keeps everything together. I couldn't live without it now.
At first, I found the idea of a Z palette really disorienting (What do you mean I have to work to depot my single shadows to get them into one place? But I have so many other palettes!). But, having owned one for several months, I can say that it's perhaps the best way to streamline your makeup collection and bring your favorite things together The packaging is slim enough that it won't take up too much space in your drawer, but still has quite a bit of space. The cardboard packaging will definitely show some aesthetic wear and tear around the corners, but it is incredibly sturdy. Having the magnetic backing means I can put all of my favorites into one palette, which makes traveling so much easier. While it may take time and a bit of extra $$ to get your shadows (or any product) into the Z palettes, it will absolutely make your life easier.
An absolute must have for dry skin
GlamGlow masks are much hyped in the beauty world, and it may seem hard to believe that this little hydrating mask is worth the expensive price. But Glam Glow ThirstyMud lives up to the hype and goes beyond. My skin has been really dry recently and no moisturizer or mask could truly hydrate my skin -- that is, until I found this. It smells fresh, like vanilla and coconut and has a pleasant cooling sensation on the skin. I leave it on for 20 minutes and then wipe the excess off with a cotton pad. Then, I massage any remaining product into the skin and my skin will be moisturized all day. (I find washing it off to remove a lot of the moisture, but that may work better for oily skin types). It hydrates so well that it makes my dark under eye circles brighter and completely nourishes the very dry patches around my nose. Plus, a little goes a long way, so this little jar with a hefty price tag will easily last for 4+ months. I don't know how my dry skin lived before Thirsty Mud, but I'm grateful I have it now to keep my skin moisturized.

Do you want extremely pigmented eyeshadows in a HUGE variety of colors and textures? Then look no further than Inglot eyeshadows! Each eyeshadow contains 2.3 grams of product (in comparison to 1.5 from MAC) and only costs $7 each, so you get a huge amount of product for a fantastic price. The mattes are buttery and blend like an absolute dream -- the best matte eyeshadows I own. I also love the Pearl finish for a richly pigmented shimmery shadow. The freedom system itself is incredibly sturdy and fully customizable so you can get the exact arrangement you want. The magnetic cover doesn't budge when dropped, so it's really great for travel. Only downside to the freedom system is that you cannot see the names of the shadows once you have put them in the pan. The shadows are attached by a very strong magnet so you cannot move them easily to see the names. But in return, you get a sturdy palette with amazing eyeshadows
