I think the layering in the bottom of your hair looks gorgeous. It looks like you tried the upside down tip. It's also called a gypsie cut. If you did, do it again (it won't change the length much) and make sure you don't turn your head to cut either side, that will make it uneven, instead, gather your hair together in front of your face, then cut it straight across. it will make the sides match. then have someone cut the back straight across so you wont have the longer section. That happens to everybody because your hair tapers down your neck. I'm sorry I didn't include those details the first time. I hope you like it. :)
