Skin had to get used to it but now its great!

I had heard great things about this product (5 lipsticks if you know what I mean) and I ran out to buy it. I used this product 4 times a week and that turned out to be a bit to much for my skin... My skin got really red and dry. I backed off the product for a while and went back to my regular moisturizer for a couple of week until I got the redness to fade. I didn't want to give up on Poetry in Lotion so this time I paid attention to the directions... hehe. I started out slow using this a couple times a week until my skin got used to the product. Now I can use it regularly and it doesn't give me an issue. In fact it leaves my skin feeling soft and non-greasy. I have a seen a reduction in my pore size and my fine lines!

I have found that this product really works for me.... However, I don't really find it worth it. You have to use an obscene amount of product in order for this system to work correctly. I tried to cheat by using less product then recommended but found that it left my hair unclean and greasy. If used correctly, it works great, however the bottle depletes very quickly! I really like the smell of the sweet almond mint. Some people may find the mint a little over powering when in use but I don't find that the scent lingers very long after use. (I was concerned when I first used it that my hair would smell like a foot in a pedicure bath! Good news that it doesn't!) I have changed up my routine to fit my needs and the cost of this product. I actually use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner and then I use one pump of Wen as a leave in conditioner. I follow it up with the Style cream. I find that this works really well for me. It makes the bottle last a long time and justifies the cost for me.

This is my favorite everyday mascara. It provides a very natural look with just one coat... with two coats it gets more dramatic! It doesn't clump or flake or leave my eyelashes feeling brittle. I will continue to purchase this mascara over and over and over again!

This product provides all day "stay" power for eye shadow. I have tried other eyelid primers and Too Faced Shadow Insurance is my favorite. A little bit goes a long way so the tube lasts me quite a while! Its worth every penny! I use this product EVERYDAY!
