Compact Component Messed

I purchased the owl compact directly from Hourglass and love the design on that case. I also wanted the Leopard color story and case as well. The colors in this are beautiful and I am sure I will enjoy it but the case was scratched and when you open it, it opens so that it is completely flat and the lid is scratched. The owl case lid at least stays propped open a bit. I admit that I bought this for the packaging so I am really disappointed.

Just Okay….

This lipstick is not worth the high price tag. There is not even a hint of rose in this shade. It is a ruddy brown tone on me. It does not wear well on the lips and feels dry, almost like a matte lipstick. My lips are always worse for the wear with this lipstick. I have worn drugstore lipsticks that are far better than this. Save your money. The nicest thing about this is the case and even that is a little chintzy for the price tag.

Beautiful Palette

I thought about this a long time before I finally purchased it. I have the Beautopsy Palette and love it but thought the purple and blue shades might be too much for me. I really love this palette. The formula is easy to work with and blends well. I love pairing it with the shimmers from the Natasha Denona Purple/Blue Palette. It has become a much used palette. I am very glad I purchased this.

Too soft

I purchased this last year around April, but did not start using it until the end of December. The color of this pencil is beautiful but the formula is way too soft. It is so soft, that I have to use a brush to gently dab on the liner to use on my eyes. If I try to apply with the pencil tip, it breaks and crumbles and makes a mess. In addition, the cap has cracked. I love Hindash. I love both of his palettes, but this pencil is worse than any pencil I have ever tried. Skip this!

Budge-Proof

I bought the Night Walk shade of this on an impulse. This is not a good liner for the waterline but for the lash line it is fabulous! It wears for 12 hours plus with no fading, smudging or flaking and the color is gorgeous. I like that it is a liquid liner in a pot with the sponge pad because I can control the amount of liner on the brush and there is less mess than the pen style makeup brush.

Waste of money

I purchased this thinking it would be a great travel sized brush/sponge cleaner. The size is good but this is like water. It is difficult to dispense this, as the bottle is firm and cannot be squeezed and it just drips out one drop at a time. Then when you finally get enough out to clean your sponge or brush, it absolutely does not lather nor does it seem to clean in any way. Do not waste your money on this. I am glad it was not a lot of money.
