Protein recipe:
There really isnt any measurements because it depends on the thickness of your hair. This treatment works best after you wash it and apply on towel dried hair.

Corn starch/ baby powder ( to thicken the mixture its really runny)
It would be really good to add an oil like coconut oil or castor oil or instead or oil some coconut milk. Coconut milk is really moisturizing and can add tons of shine and health back into the hair in just one use. Mix all these things together each in equal parts and apply to hair. Leave in as long as you want but it has to be over 15 minutes. Rinse with warm to luke warm because you can cook the egg in hot water and its hard to get out of your hair. Shampooing again is optional. Condition : protein treatments can dry out your hair so its important to put back moisture. And you're done! Enjoy your healthy hair hun and please tell me how this worked for you I love feedback. Since your hair doesn't look really damaged to me do this once biweekly to every month
