My Everyday Under-Eye Makeup

I use this every day to cover up those dark circles under my eyes. I used to use the plain concealer sticks, but the yellow tinted one to cover dark circles works much better for me!

Love it!

My favorite way to use this is to put the first color, the tan, on the insides of my eyes: makes me look wide-eyed and bushy-tailed! Well, maybe not so much the bushy-tailed part.....

Love it!

I learned to use eyeliners first with liquid, and I don't feel totally confident with pencils (opposite of the way most people learn, I know!) This one is easy to use and just the right softness.

Good stuff, great color

Mine got sort of gloppy after a few months. I had the blue and the bronze. Love the colors, went on well. However, the brushes sort of got messed up somehow and I couldn't put it on right after that.

Not my first choice

Cheap, and definitely have strong pigment. When my lips are chapped I don't want pigment emphasizing the imperfections, so I reach for plain, untinted chapstick. But if you're looking to keep your lips nice with some pigment, this stuff is okay.

My Everyday Go-To

Great mascara, I'm on my third tube! I only shop at drugstores for my makeup, I can't afford $20 mascara on a grad student's budget. I don't know about higher end stuff, but next to Great Lash, Clump Crusher rules the drugstore options!

Love the shades!

I have "Rock the Boat" (a pale, light blue), "For the Twill of It" (a metallic multicolor sort of shade with green and burgundy), and "Nothing Else Metals" (a light purple chrome). Good, opaque color, you won't need to do 4 coats to get total coverage like you do with some other polishes. Love Essie's lighter shades, for that reason.

Clear coat is awful!

I got 110 "Clearly Quick" and tried using it as a top coat--don't! It takes off some of the polish and flakes quickly. The brush is amazing, wish all nail polishes had a shorter brush like this one. Too bad the brush is the only good part of this stuff!

Love the number of different shades available!

I have Royal Blue, Fushia Fusion, Poison Ivy, and Sparkling Crystalina. So much fun to have bright colors for liquid eyeliners! If you put it on too thick, the liner will crack a little, so don't layer it on thicker than necessary.
