I love the colors! the staying power is okay.

I have very watery eyes and I was hoping that it would stay on my water line and tight lines. It slid off in a matter of minutes. But on the lash line they are amazing and can't be beat! I'm going to keep trying different formulas for my water line but if your eyes don't water horribly then this will be a holy grail product for you! Then colors are to die for! I'm going to keep buying them just for the colors. Its not a deal breaker for me. I will always repurchase these!

ADORE THIS BLACK LIQUID EYELINER

I haven't been able to find an eyeliner more pigmented than Perversion. It is an everyday staple in my makeup. It stays on until I remove it at the end of the night. It doesn't flake, or smudge. It makes a crisp line everytime. The applicator is a really great brush, I used to have problems with brush applicators until I bought this eyeliner. Now I'm a pro with brushes. I will always repurchase this. EVERYBODY CAN BENEFIT FROM OWNING THIS EYELINER!

Super waterproof, gorgeous colors

I normally have the problem with liquid liners where they fleck off in the inner corners. With this I don't have that problem at all and when I go swimming in the summer it stays on until I take it off with my heavy duty waterproof makeup remover. It is an absolute god send! It also has a really easy applicator so i could get thin or thick lines at my discression. People who have issues with liquid eyeliner should definitely try this out! You won't regret it!

it is a beautiful pencil

This was my first makeup forever pencil purchase, it didn't disappoint at all. It is such a beautiful color and it is decent quality, if I run out I would definitely repurchase. It stays on when I'm in the pool and doesn't smudge.

Only Naked Palette that I didn't hate on myself

I had owned both Naked Palettes (not counting Naked Basics) and both didn't look very good on me. I didn't have super high hopes with this one when I got it, but as the makeup junkie I am I needed it. When I used it I was floored! It made me look so pretty and I knew that I had found my holy grail neutral palette. The quality is typical of Urban Decay eyeshadows, it is extremely buttery and smooth. The only shadow that is a bit powdery is Dust, but that can be attributed to the glitter/shimmer particles. I think tthat the people who weren't sold on the first and second Naked palettes would find this to their liking.

Has great lasting power, but drying

I love O.C.C. liptars! I'm looking to get more because of the color selection and longevity. The only thing that I dislike about them is that they are drying, even after adding the clear topcoat/basecoat of clear liptar. That being said, most liquid lipsticks I have used are drying and it isn't different in that aspect. This one just wears way better than any that I've tried. I

Best Eyeshadow Primer!!!

I have extremely oily lids and this primer is the only one that I have found that doesn't crease on me or cause my eyeshadow to slide off. If you have oily lids and can't find anything then look for this!
