Beauty Product Reviews

Good for everyday use.

I just discovered this product after running out of my usual foundation. I can say I like this better. It's not a super heavy foundation, but offers medium to build-able coverage. I usually used MAC studio fix fluid, and it was definitely the cause of my break outs. I have improved skin texture, and no new break outs since using this product. My skin I think can breathe though this foundation instead of being smothered by my previous choice. I'm using shade True Ivory, which is just perfect... NW25 is a tad too dark and the shade True Ivory is just a half shade lighter. This also has a slightly dewy finish for reference, and i have slightly combo skin with dry patches. It is now my foundation of choice.

Great Day or Night

This fragrance can be used for day time or night. I just bought the roller ball size to try it out, and fell in love with the scent. It's sweet from the honey, and musky from the belladonna. It really is great, and not very over powering as some fragrances tend to be. I can still slightly smell it after the past 5 hours of wear, and I only used a tiny bit from my roller ball size. I look forward to buy the biggest size offered in this.

My everyday summer product

I use this pretty much everyday, and love it. I've been using this for roughly 2 years now, and it's great for me because it's not super heavy, it doesn't cake up, or melt off. I work long 8 to 10 hour days, and it really lasts. I do use a setting powder, or if I want a little more coverage for around that time of the month when acne rears it's ugly head (pardon my pun) I actually add a little bit of my NARS sheer Matte foundation, and mix together. Now THAT is a winning combonation! I'm combo in the summer, but dry in the winter... so once winter comes around I nix out the Nars sheer matte because then I would look flakey. Not cute. I will always love Wet and Wild tinted moisturizer... it's a permanent product in my make up bag.

Gentle and effective!

I picked this up on sale for around $6 at Giant Eagle by my house, and have been using it for around 2 months now, and it's only half gone. It's a lovely gentle foaming cleanser that doesn't dry out my face. I use this every night, and I always wash my face in the shower as well. I like to conserve time. I can tell my skin doesn't have as many break outs in my dry areas, but I don't really notice much pore minimizing ... It's nearly impossible to reduce the size of pores if they are already ahem... Large. Haha... It's just a great everyday face wash. I also would like to note that every couple days I like to add a little dab of St. Ives Apricot Scrub to add a little extra exfoliates... just a FYI :)

Good for everyday use.

It's nothing to fancy. I've literally used everything from A&G sterling silver when I was platinum blond, to Redken, or Paul Mitchell. I always will love anything coconut, it's my favorite scent. I picked this up at the Giant Eagle on sale because I didn't want to use up all my Purology shampoo so I switch between the two. My boyfriend also uses this coconut shampoo and loves it. It'll always be a staple bathroom shampoo, and for around $5 I couldn't go wrong. I really love the conditioner as well, and I also use the coconut milk serum that goes along with this. Having curly, frizzy, wavy, and just unruly hair that is now soft and smoother with this combo of products which helps with this crazy heat we have this summer.

I always have this in my purse

I bought the Grape Vine color and love it. I think it smells delicious, and gives a nice color for a easy lip color. I do have to reapply, but that's to be expected with any balm. I will buy another one in the future, and possible another color to try. I'm just always draw to purple products.
