Because these are a little cyst and not like a pimple the only way to remove them is for them to be lanced which is only recommended by a professional :)

Hey Alex I saw your post on a thread about the little white dots under your eyes? They're know as "milia" and can be caused from using a moisturiser on your eye area that is too thick or rich because the skin is really thin there.
To help get rid of them without trying to squeeze them out (very hard to do and not recommended) try and use a gentle exfoliator just on those spots or you can use a BHA cream which will contain salysilic acid. This will penetrate the deeper layers of the skin that will help pull it out, just be careful not to go too close to your actual eye.
and try a light moisturiser that contains vitamin A. :)
Also sunburn can help spread existing milia or help form new milia so always be sure to stay out of the sun or wear a good, oil free (won't clog your pores further) SPF if you do.
