Great lip balm.

I'm a lip balm fanatic, and this makes for a pretty great one. I actually use this a night more often than not because my bags are already full of lip products. It's moisturizing lasts all night, so I wake up with some product still on my lips. I also have the clear version of this, but I prefer the little bit of tint this adds to my lips (not that it matters as I'm just sleeping in it...).

B E A Utiful!!!

I got this during my cream blush kick, and it is honestly the prettiest blush color I own. In the pan it looks kind of blah, it's a muted, dusty peach. On my cheeks, however, it's a fresh peachy coral that's brightens my face like no other. I absolutely adore how subtly it goes on (but it's still easily beautiful). It totally completes my "no makeup" makeup look! It's long lasting and super blendable. You cannot go wrong with this blush!

Awesome kit for skin care newbies!

I purchased this several weeks ago at Sephora because I've been using a mishmash of skin care products and I wanted to consolidate everything into one simple kit. This stuff is amazing! The mask softens skin like no other. The moisturizer doesn't leave skin feeling greasy, and dries down to a semi-matte finish. I've found that the eye cream has helped lessen my under eye circles a lot and the face wash works really well with my Clarisonic. For $45 you can't go wrong with this set! This is formulated for oily and dehydrated skin, and I have combination skin (oil on t-zone, dry and flaky on cheeks). This definitely worked perfectly for me, and I can see this working on a wide range of skin types.

The ultimate indulgence.

However gorgeous these colors may be, this is completely impractical and totally indulgent. If you have $125 laying about and really want to try something cool and unique, the Bento Box is the way to go. I actually won this from Beautylish (thanks guys) a while ago, and I was afraid to even touch it. The two cups of lipstick are so pretty and perfectly poured that the idea of dipping the brush in and messing it up is a little heartbreaking. Both colors are semi-matte and VERY pigmented, they stained my arm a bit after I swatched them, so they are definitely long lasting. I wore the red one, Maiko, today and it lasted for several hours without drying out my lips. Maiko is a super pretty true, bright red and Sakura is a bright, hot pink. The packaging for this set is incredible. It comes in a black wooden box with two porcelain cups and a wooden brush with stiff bristles. You're supposed to dip the brush into the lipstick and then apply it to your lips, layering it until you get the coverage you need. I found the brush a bit difficult to use, and ended up switching to a regular lip brush. All in all, these lipsticks are beautiful and I am so glad I got an opportunity to try them out as only 2,000 were made for the US and 1,000 more for the rest of the world. I took off half a star because this is $125 and that's pricey for two lipsticks no matter how nice the packaging, and also because the brush it came with is a bit hard to use (but that could just be me...).

I would have attached photos, but the cord for my camera is missing at the moment. Eventually I'll have pictures up on my blog (<a class='textlink' href='http://momayamoproblems.wordpress.com' rel='nofollow noopener' target='_blank'>momayamoproblems.wordpress.com</a>).

Smooth and gorgeous!

I bought this in Quickie, which is a very bright hot pink. The blush looks a little crazy in the pan, but once applied and blended out, it's a gorgeous pink tint. These aren't meant to be super pigmented blushes, but rather, a cheek tint. They leave a subtle bit of glow/dew on the cheek and it looks beautiful. I can't wait to buy more of these!

Smells bad, works great.

This smells a lot like tree bark, and it isn't really pleasant, but the effect it has on my hair is totally worth it. I like using this overnight to soften my hair, or after I finish straightening my hair to add shine. When used overnight, it makes my hair crazy soft and shiny, and after straightening my hair it makes my split ends virtually disappear. I'd give this 5 stars if it didn't smell like a forrest.

The best hair treatment ever.

This is one pricey bottle of oil, that's for sure, but it is worth every single cent. I was skeptical about using this because of the cost and the huge amount of hype surrounding it, but I have very dry, damaged, chemically treated hair that needed some serious moisture. The first time I used it, I felt a difference immediately, before my hair had even dried. After my hair dried and I straightened it, I was shocked. My split ends seemed to have disappeared, my hair was smooth and shiny and looked healthy for the first time in years! I'm amazed by this product. It is a must have and I will never use anything else.

I'm not too sure about the new formulation of these, as I only have the old ones. The ones I have were quite hard when I got them. They dragged a bit on the skin. The colors were nice, though, and very opaque. They lasted a decent amount of time, nothing to phone home about. I loved the price of these, and the color range is great.

Not really a primer, more of an illuminator

I got a sample of this, and I'm glad I didn't pay for it. It doesn't do much as a primer. It didn't make my skin feel smooth or prepped for foundation. It did add a slight bit of pearly glow to my skin, but it smelled weird and felt dry. After applying foundation, my skin was visibly dry. My foundation did not last nearly as long as it does when I wear it with no primer.

Cool idea...

This gloss was pretty cool. It comes out clear and then turns pink. It doesn't have anything to do with your emotions (obviously), so it isn't going to predict your mood or anything magical like that. I didn't like the color that the glossed turned, though. It was too bright and too blue for my skin tone. Also, it was a little watery.
