when used dry its very loose and glittery, and sometimes a little messy. when used wet it is amazing! it becomes shimmery and the colors really pop much more than when used dry.

in love with this mascara, does the job, and well. makes lashes look full and defined without flaking, the big brush coats every lash evenly, but after a while it dries out and i need a new one, nice volume and love how its a very black color, i use it everyday and have no trouble getting it off as well as putting it on :) great buy, definitely worth the 18 dollars
