Orphan train is about orphans in New York City and they get shipped across the country on trains and adopted out. It takes place in the 30s to present time. It's not a long book so I'd read before the divergent series :) and when you read divergent keep in mind this is her first novel. It feels really young adultish and is written kind of amature like. It took me ahole to look past that but once I did I was sucked into it. And let me know how you feel about Molly's story, my friend borrow my book and said te same thing that she wishes it was also just about Niamh. :)

Haha yea, greasy sae is not Madge! Lol anyways read divergent, but be prepared for it to destroy your life in the end! I seriously cried for a week. Like couldn't function just sat and cried haha. I don't think I'll be able to watch divergent without crying cuz I know what'll happen in the end. And I've never heard of mortal instrument, ill deffinently check that out! Aside form the dystopian novels read orphan train. I think everyone who's ever gone to school needs to read it. It opens my interests up and after finishing the book I spent hours doing reaserch because I'm in Canada and I wanted to see if Canada did the same thing, we did a tiny bit, but we had British Home children instead which I won't get into, but it appals me, that we were never taught about any of this history! Read the book and be prepared to cry! Head up Molly's part of the story bugs me, I love Niamh's story and I wish it was just her story. Haha.
