The best color lipgloss hands down
I own so much mac but lipglass and gloss in general I usually if rarely ever wear. I've seen this color quite a bit especially on pinterest but everytime I go to my local mac it was never in stock. I wanted to try it primarily to go over some of my paler nude colors like areowhead, all I want and velvet teddy to kinda change the look up a bit. Well let me tell you this is the 1st gloss I've worn alone in a while, I love the color so much I find myself using it more and more in place of lipstick. This color can be mixed with soar liner, whirl and even fruit cocktail all mac liners for various different looks. The gold will pull more with some and the pink with others, this is a shade that anyone can pull off its flattering for all and really is unique. The best lipglass color out there. ...go get you some (:
best makeup sponge
since mac has changed up there site lowered some of there prices and has a rewards program now I've been ordering alot more directly from them then say nordstrom, I wanted to try this version of a blending sponge, although I love my beautyblender especially around my eye and brow area I wanted to see what this one is about. 1st off its 10 bucks cheaper then the beautyblender and also latex free. But the coverage it gives is flawless I love the shape especially for my foundation application not around my eyes so the rest of my face it can be used wet as well and really dosent waste to much product, this has completely replaced any brushes I was using for foundation and has become one of my HG products....honestly I encourage all beauties to give it a try I love it (:
WoW
I'm glad I gave this mascara another shot, years ago at least 10 lol I tried it out and absolutely hated it, we'll over the years it must of gotten better because I can't believe what I've been missing. Mac mascara is very hit and miss and alot of the formulas flake on me but this one is amazing. 1st off the wand is huge but it does not clump any excess at all, it is super super black and I swear people think I'm wearing false lashes all the time, it is rather hard to get off but not like others I've used that make my lashes fall out and it's not even waterproof. I decided to give it another go when nordstrom did there mascara event buy 2 get one free and I think I will stick with this guy for awhile honestly so happy I gave it another shot (:
These are quite stunning
I was super excited to try these shadows especially when I saw the swatches people posted from there 2015 lucky bag. They remind me of a hybrid of macs in extreme demention shadows. I find them so to speak like liquid metal in the pan but without all the heavy metallic on the eyes. Definitely a very unique formula shadow of the future type of product. I have myself 0 fallout and 0 creasing when using these shadows, but they just don't show up quite like I expected. It may be the palette I chose the colors being in the same shade group, it's hard to get a wow look out of them when worn all together but seperate you do get that pop you are looking for. The quality is quite amazing however my palette came crooked slanted like so for that price I took off a star, it would also have been nice to receive a brush being that there is a space for one, kinda looks incomplete. I'm usually more of a extremely colorful shadow kinda girl. Tho I've been into the burgundy shades for a while now. I would eventually like to try more of these shadows like the color oxide in another palette and some of the Lowder purples and teals, overall these have the formulation to change the way we look at the quality of eyeshadow(:
ooh this color
I'm very picky in the blue toned shadows, I hardly ever wear them, but this blue is quite unique it's kinda navy but kinda a bit in the dark purple range as well, it's matte and super pigmented. This is again one of those colors that goes well with any look from neutral to avant-garde, I like to personally use it for a lid shade with swiss chocolate shadow for crease, or the same way but switched around. It looks beautiful with all browns, purples and other various blues. If your like me and have a hard time liking blue this is a definite win and worth a try (:
my favorite Mc shadow ever
If you don't own this color then please get it...This matte burgandy/purple/red is the most pigmented I own in this shade range..it's also quite unique I've yet to find a color similar I own alot of this color range but always reach for this one the most. It can be played down with neutral or played up with mac cranberry or Indian ink (also one of my favorites ) and stays put all day....this is one of those life of makeup changing shades truly unique and beautiful (:
I love these
I own them in several shades and I find the flat matte like colors to work better for me. This shade here besides a L.E one I have called utterly becoming are my favorites. I have extremely oily lids so I take one of these (depending on the look and color scale I'm using) and apply it over my primer potion, it sets and makes a nice flat creasless base for my shadows , I use them a little more heavier under my brow bone, to even up any stray hairs and makes for a nice pop under my lighter shades of shadows. There are others out there like these some high end some low but Mac are my absolute favorite paint pots....I'm hoping they eventually get a little crazy with the shades so I can wear them alone as shadow (:
Not that effective
The pros of this Brush cleaner is that it is quite large, and it can be used to back2mac for a free lipstick other then that well.....I don't find it to clean my brushes very well, I have to use quite a bit and still have dirty water after rinsing. I love alot of red burgundy and purple shadows which are very dark and can not seem to get them out of the brush with this. I'm just waiting to finish the bottle up and I will not repurchase...Also liquids of any kind foundation, concealer, etc never comes off completely either. I have better luck with a makeup wipe. I do love mac but this product was a miss for me, maybe in a gel or solid form it would work better. (:
suprised!!!!
I'm honestly not a fan of the benefit line, most of there products are just meh or blah to me. I picked this up because sephora was out of my usual kvd liquid liner, and I'm glad I did. This liner is probably the most pigmented liquid liner I've ever used jet jet black, and the control of the tip is amazing, another thing is I only have to dip once to line my whole upper lid which is a huge thing for me when it comes to liquid. It does not smudge and stays exactly where I put it!!! I honestly love this stuff, I hope benefit continues to make it for a long time because it has become my HG liquid, and did I mention jet jet black love it lol (:
another hit from kat
I now use her whole face line and I'm obsessed with it all. I was looking forward to trying this out as I love her foundation powder and setting spray. I was waiting to finish up my prolong wear by mac which I also love. I use this shade for the under eye area and above the brows, nose basically the whole upper part of my face, I apply it with a beauty blender wet with mac fix +, then I use a baking like technique with rcma no color powder and it sets like a dream. I use the foundation shade in 54 which is a few shades darker for the rest of my face, all blended together my face looks amazing and not over done. All of Kat Von D products are just amazing I can't rave enough about them (:
