does not cut it
I don't know if it's me because I have extremely oily lids and a very stubborn runny eye but these liners stink. I don't feel that it is black enough to begin with, I love extremely black matte liner. The tip breaks constantly and it dosent even show on my water or tightline. I'm sure the other colors might look nice on the lower inner rim but I will stick with fluidline (:
no good
I love Mac more then 60% of my makeup is mac alone, other then the fluidline eyeliners I've never been impressed by their liners. This one here is very bad 1st off for me it's not black enough 2nd the pen itself makes very splotchey lines for example I have to go over my upper lash line at least 3 times to get the effect I'm looking for and finally it dries up way to quickly. I only use liquid liner on the upper lash line and gel or cream on the bottom set with shadow. You would think Mac would have a much better liner pen then this one considering most of there products are outstanding (:
omg I love this stuff
this cream is amazing I've been using the light full line for over 2 years now and at 36 my skin is in the best shape of its life. I apply a small amount of this before bedtime and follow with the serum when waking up. My skin is vibrant and my skin tone is even. Mac hit this one hard with the light full line I love it (:
too milky
I bought this because I love korres facial products, wow this was a miss. 1st off it is so milky the color is terrible I will not wear it anywhere but in the house before bed, it also intensified the look of my dry lips, as a die hard user of matte and liquid lipsticks my lips are always very dry. I will stick with my rosebud salve and half the price at that (:
price point to high
although I do like this product I find it no better then other cleansing waters like sephora triple action cleansing water. I thought I would give it a try and see if there was something I was missing out on, I have to use more of this product to remove my eye makeup then the less priced ones. It is very gentle on skin and I love the non oil as apposed to regular removers, but overall I will stick with my sephora brand (:
a nice hot pink
I'm very pleased with the choice of this color for viva glam, amplified finish is my 2nd favorite by mac matte is my first. This color is just happy and vibrant without the unflattering yellow tones I find in most pink lipsticks. It covers evenly and is very long lasting, I receive many complements when I wear this color even that my teeth look whiter. I pair it with silly lip liner also from mac. Good job Mac and Miley for going with this shade (;
I think I do better with the berry purple shades
I've bought several of these like peony, debutante, fig, and candy out of all these I've only kept this shade and fig. I love the concept of these but the lighter colors just don't work for me. Fig is my over favorite and Jelly comes in 2nd place it does not wear as long as the original formula but it is a beautiful color, it kinda reminds me of macs Violetta lipstick with more sheen and less drying. Overall I find I do much better with the purple based shades in these the lighter colors irritate my lips and do not last nearly as long (:
Holy grail
I don't know how I ever lived without this product, 1st off the amount of cream product you get for the price is an amazing value, usually cream contour is very small and pricy. Since my Mac coffee walnut was discontinued I've been on the hunt for new cream contour and I'm so glad I found this. Color one is very large in size and perfect for contouring the cheek bones and sides of nose. in a mac nc30 and all the colors work for me. Overall blending is easy and natural, this palette will last quite a long time and was exactly what I was looking for, I feel there isn't enough good cream contour out there but Laura Mercier far exceeds my expectations with this winner (:
pretty good but not as good as the 1st
let me start by saying that since too faced released the 1st chocolate bar palette I have developed a new love for the line as a whole even other palettes released after these have better pigmentation etc. As with the 1st this baby smells amazing, some of the colors like blueberry swirl and peanut butter are my favorites, I have only used this baby a few times and blueberry swirl I've used with each look. Pink sugar is a bit disappointing to me very hard to work with and not much pigmentation, and licorice well a black shadow in any palette is a big no no to me, honestly it's black how many black shadows does someone need. Overall I get more use from the 1st chocolate bar I find I reach for it more then most of my palettes, this one is beautiful but in my opinion nothing can top the 1st one (:
omg I love this pallet
I have a love hate relationship with too faced some of the products are a 100% hit like the 1st chocolate bar palette and some are 100% miss, this baby however is stunning and so fun. The packaging alone was a winner in my book but when you open it you get 9 amazing unique shadows with super pigmentation. These colors go amazing with each other!! Macaron and sugared violet together with strawberry ice make the perfect twist on the fun spring eye, I recommend this pallet for anyone that loves a pop or 2 of color it's my favorite eye pallet this year by far, it may be little but packs a big rainbow punch (:
