My Favorite eyeliner!

This has been my favorite drugstore eyeliner of all time! I originally got it in blackened sapphire but i could only use it on my waterline because it had a bluish tint on my skin. So later I got it in soft black and I loved it! For those of us to tried the maybelline master smoke eye pencil and were dissapointed this is a much better pencil! The liner is great and very pigmented and the smudger is the exact same one as the smoke eye pencil! I love this liner and will definitely be repurchasing!!
