Hey girl! Just wanted to drop you a quick message; I saw your post about inner thigh workouts, and would have commented on there, BUT there was a lot of unnecessary drama so I thought I'd take a break from it and comment here.
You are not defined by your looks or weight. You are not a number on the scale, of the number of people you impress with your looks. You are beautiful, stunning, and you deserve the world. Don't ever feel like you are weak or pathetic or less worthy than other people.
I saw this post on Tumblr, "You have fat. But you are not fat. Just like you have fingernails. You are not fingernails." And everyone has fat. Your body needs it, and without it you'd die. So don't let that rule the way you feel about yourself. You deserve more! Take ownership of who you are, of every part about you, even the parts you're insecure about and consider to be flawed.
"A woman is often measured by the things she cannot
control. She is measured by the way her body curves
or doesn't curve, by where she is flat or straight or
round. She is measured by 36-24-36 and inches &
ages and numbers, by all the outside things that
don't ever add up to who she is on the inside. And so
if a woman is to be measured, let her be measured
by the things she can control; by who she is & who
she is trying to become. Because as every woman
knows, measurements are only statistics & statistics lie."
