Nina Y. clearly had white eyeliner on in that photo of hers you asked how sure layers white then black, don't know why she said she doesn't wear it! I was just going to tell you its a trick to make your eyes look bigger-which she doesn't really need lol. You place the white eyeliner on your lower waterline, then the black on/under your lash line.
