Superb choice of colors in this palette

The colors in this palette are heavily pigmented and there is very little fallout. I just love the way you can blend and combine the colors in this palette! It is truly amazing that what you brush on in the early morning hours are exactly what you see when you remove the eyeshadows late at night! I also love that there is the best black in this palette. You can intensify your colors or outline your eyes. Unbelievable, and these are just a few reasons why I gave the CT’s Starry Eyes to Hypnotise five stars. Unbeatable!
