It's a yes from me

First of all, if you are Australian like me, there is a reason Beautylish doesnt do PO Boxes and Post Lockers, even if you get expediated shipping Australia Post will make you wait another week for your parcel, I found this out the hard way, Australia Post are Jerks! This palette is great I've only had it a couple of days and I've come up with a few different looks xnd I am not especially talented. Is it a challenge, yeah, a little bit but Jeffree has never been basic.. I feel like Orgy and Cremated were his basic phase, Weirdo was a triumphant return to form, if you havent tried it you are only hurting yourself girl. Werk!

A great product

I had my eye on these brushes for a while as I've bought and enjoyed using upUnits plastic & wooden handled brushes. They may not be the most delux brushes available but in my experience they are very well made, they did not shed and the handles stayed on. I do not like tthe colour orange but I have bought BH Cosmetics, Spectrum, Makeup Addiction & Morphe in colours I did like and those brushes are no longer with us. If you want really good brushes that you won't have to replace in a year but you don't like orange my advice would be to swallow your pride & buy the orange Units brushes.

Favourite

I havent bought a Jeffree highlight palette in a couple of years but Im more impressed with this one tha i remember being with Brain Freeze or Platinum Ice. As I've heard said a million times about this collection "Its way prettier in person" and I'm sorry to sou d like everyone else but its true. I have a number of his "singles" and this beats them all, plus you get 6 full size highlights for $US40 or $AU56, I like it.

My second CT blusher

So as stated in my previous review, I’d had a run of bad luck with Charlotte Tilbury brand. Not every brand can meet everybody’s needs and maybe this was mine. Luckily I decided to give it one last shot with Walk of No Shame, I liked it because it was obviously glowy/sparkly. Ecstasy was one which Wayne Goss had suggested could be used in place of a highlighter in lighter skinned people like myself (light-medium here). This one I have done a photo for so you can see the blusher in action so to speak, I am wearing the BH Cosmetics Venom Halloween palette on my eyes, it’s superb, a real shame they aren’t making it permanent. I love this palette as well. Mixing Drugstore & designer is one of my favourite tricks. I have been using the Dior Powder not Powder as a foundation and find it BRILLIANT. I have Ecstasy on one cheek, Walk of No Shame on the other. Thanks for reading my blurb 🥳.

I was sceptical...

I have not had the best luck with this brand but the blush formula and colour selection is excellent. Walk of No Shame may seem a bit bright or like a "statememt" but its really beautiful on your cheeks. I take it up to my cheek bone and use it for sculpting and its STUNNING. It has a gorgeous glow to it as well, its very soft so you can use a tual highlighting powder to really turn it on but it really is a beautiful blush (for reference I am a light medium complextion with warm golden undertones 😚)

Nice one Jeff

This is a really nice purple which settles down to a nice attractive darker purple. It will stain your lips pink but just take steps to get it out with a balm before bed and it will diminish significantly over night. This is a super little collection, it’s been a while since Jeffree impressed me this much.

Better than expected

This palette is great, I found it strange that Jeffree was referring to it as “Goth” and as someone who is Goth, an actual goth. I remember when Kiss Me, Kiss Me, Kiss Me by The Cure came out, yeah I’m that old 😉. Anyway this palette is passable, there’s only a couple of shades I’d say do not belong on a true goth palette but then the conundrum becomes what do you replace them with? Throw them in the crease and paint over them. I’m really happy with this palette, works well with Hypothermia

Favourite skin frost

Siberian Gold is probably my favourite of the skin frost line. Although it looks dark, I have a warm/golden light-medium skin tone and it suits me perfectly. My best friend is very fair with Strawberry blonde/red hsir and I bought her Ice Cold, Diminatrix, purple star mirror & Legends Only gloss and she LOVED it & started wearing highlight all the time. My Siberian Gold lasted about 3 years when it literally disintegrated on me 😮 then I upgraded to Supreme frost. After owning many different highlighters, Supreme Frost is still in my tope 3 formulas.

Personal favourite

This is my favourite JSC liquid lipstick, possibly lipstick overall. It has a metalic finish but isnt overwhelming. Its a pinky-silverish-lavender and its just unique and beautiful. In broad daylight its impossible to detect from certain angles. If you want something unique but not outrageous, this might be the lipstick look for you. I'll restock this as long as I can.

Check swatches before you buy

This was not the colour I was expecting so obvioysly I did not like it. I am currently switching my collection back to sticks from liquids and I do really like this formula, its very gentle and moisturising. I also have Grave Digger, Throwing up Cereal and Trench Coat and they are FABULOUS. I didn't buy from Jeffree for a while but he does colours you will never find anywhere else so I'm coming back.
