Versatile brush

My first smooth buffer felt scratchy and irritated my skin. I was able to return it and so happy that the replacement is absolutely perfect..it feels so soft and doesn't irritate my skin at all. I purchased both this brush and the face one because I couldn't makeup my mind about which size would be best for me. while both are very similar..and the smooth buffer is softer and more my size.. I found that the face one works better for buffing over a completed look. There's a slight noticable difference..but only noticable to me because I was really trying to compare the performance of both these brushes on me. However I also love using this brush to apply my bronzer and highlighter. Just melts right into the skin and the size of this brush really gives you great control over the placement placement of the powders. I'm glad I have both..but if I had to pick one for the purpose of buffing a finishing powder ..it would be the face one.

So happy to finally have this brush..

I couldn't decide if I wanted the smooth buffer or the face one...even though the smooth buffer is more my size.. so I ended up getting both. Initially I thought that both these brushes perform pretty much the same and that the smooth buffer has that velvety soft feel, but the new face one does not. I wasn't sure if It was with keeping the face one .. but after testing out both brushes multiple times, I feel there's definitely something about the face one that buffs makeup into the skin slightly better. Even though it doesn't feel as soft, it still does the job it's meant for much better. I still love the smooth buffer though and I actually love using it for a soft bronzer look or buffing in highlighter. So I guess I am keeping both and happy that I have different ways to use them!

I've been waiting for this brush ever since I saw Michelle Wang using it. Like her, I don't like round brushes for powdering..I prefer the flat shape instead. I waited a whole year for the lunar year brush as the quality is similar to the z-9 brush I was considering. I got a wonderful piece, the art on it is adorable and perfect. The brush is getting fluffier with each use. It's super soft and I am really enjoying it. I hope beautylish always sells this brush... I will not be collecting it yearly but I hope to be able to pick it up whenever I need a replacement in the future.

Wow, Incredible !

When I got this brush, I had to try it immediately. It's really soft and fluffy. I am not used to fan brushes so it will be a little learning curve for me, but I was able to apply bronzer with this exactly as I had hoped. I was debating between this and the sculpt two, but I went with this one to achieve a more diffused look. With some practice it will make bronzer application quick and easy. I especially like how this applied the bronzer around the hair line, as before It ended up too far down my forehead for me. Solid brush from Sonia G, very happy!

Perfect for highlighter

This brush can be used in so many ways, but I especially love it for highlighter. It is the perfect size and it's truly the softest brush I currently own. This brush blends the highlight so smoothly..I never want to be without it. I also have the fan pro, I use that as well for highlight but prefer this shape over the fan pro.

Absolutely love this brush for blush. It's so so soft and moves beautifully on the face. I have a smaller face so I like that this brush allows me to place the blush precisely where I want it, yet it doesn't look too strong and diffuses perfectly.

I originally got this to contour with and it works well for that purpose.. however I was blown away when I used it for my highlighter. It picked up soooo much product and gave me a glow that you can see from miles away lol. It's really soft, doesn't shed, happy with my purchase.
