Beauty Product Reviews
The only palette I need
I used to have a lot of palettes: UD, Pat McGrath, LORAC, Dose of Colour, and so on. The honest truth is, once I received Imperial Topaz I realized I didn't need the rest of those palettes. I gave them away and haven't looked back. The colors are saturated but buildable so you can choose how intense of a look you want. I didn't think I would use the black but find that it is a very usual shade to intensify a look. I won't remove a star for it but I am not into the celestial shade (Sorry, Wayne). It is beautiful and the formula is great, I am just not into that level of shine. While an expensive purchase, the pans are huge and the palette itself is substantial. I would recommend the Wayne Goss formula to anyone.
Would repurchase...
I would repurchase the niacinamide but I don't think the pore refining serum is for me. The niacinamide does great things for my troubled skin (psoriasis and rosacea) without irritating it. The pore refining serum was not irritating, it just wasn't the product for me.
It is nice but
This is a nice, gentle formula. It didn't irritate my skin but it also didn't make a big difference for me. I guess I need more hydration to glow.
Desert island product
Made to choose, I would pick the Hydrate and Cleanse bar over every single face product I have. EVERY SINGLE ONE. My skin feels so clean, soft, and hydrated after using this bar. It is not irritating and removed mascara well. I know bars are kind of old school. There is no pretty bottle or beads or swirls or artificial colors but this bar does what I always hoped those products did. It is a case of not judging the book by its cover. The bar lasts a long time too. Get yourself a pretty soapdish because you are going to want to keep this one on hand.
It really does make a difference
Combined with the Bakuchiol Oil blends, this has made great changes to my skin. It feels wonderful and amplifies my moisturizer without being heavy, irriating or greasy. I think this is going to be a game changer this winter.
Size doesn't always matter
I purchased both Bakuchiol Oil blends. Personally, I do not have an issue with the bottle size. The oil is meant to be pressed in not rubbed on. I warm up a half drop of the oily skin and press it into my cheeks. I press in one drop of the dry skin in the remaining areas at night. There has been a positive change in my skin since I started using Good Molecule products. They helped me realize my skin is primarily dry and allow me to treat different areas of my face without spending a fortune. I believe these bottles will last quite a while. I would worry if they were larger bottles that they might turn before I use them up.
