Beauty Product Reviews
Cleans great, but leaves residue. There is a scent, but it's not strong.
Washes out foundation and other cream products really well. It washes the creams out alot faster than a castille bar soap does, and just as well as the beauty blender solid, if you're familiar with it.
However, it left a slight powdery feeling on my bristles once they were completely dried. I can still feel it even rinsing the brushes for the second time. The residue doesn't affect the performance of my bristles, but I do find it alarming that I can feel it when I run my fingers through the bristles.
There is scent left on the bristles. I would not consider it a strong scent. I can smell it when I bring my brush up to my nose. Otherwise, I don't detect it.
It's a good cleansing bar. However, it is not a "must repurchase" for me because of the residue it leaves behind. Although, I wouldn't mind having it again when the time comes.
Just a few notes: - It doesn't produce any suds. - I used this to wash only my synthetic brushes. - I've washed the same foundation brush three times since it was delivered. I can feel the residue each time. The residue doesn't build up though!
Super soft! Great for the hooded eye peeps
I would consider the C-33 as a detailed blending crease brush. If you're familiar with Rephr #13 and Hakuhodo J5529, the C-33, just from eyeballing, has the same circumference as those two.
The C-33 diffuses the outer edges of crease easily. If you're looking for a detailed blending brush that is made out of squirrel hair, the C-33 should be considered. I recommend this brush!
Just a note about the size, it is on the shorter side and the handles are on the thinner side. Not sure why beautylish didn't post the dimensions.
Total Length (including brush hair): 5.25in Handle circumference: 0.75in
