Vey disappointed
I brought this brush and angled brush not knowing they were both minis, given the price point that was the last thing I expected. Hopefully I can return them, $90 for two minis, not a happy camper
Horrible
This is the worst brush in my entire collection. It is NOT a foundation brush, I really don’t know what it’s for. It’s just sitting there. Hands down the worst makeup anything I’ve ever brought.
Not the best Blush Brush
I really don’t reach for this brush much. For a blush brush this brush is very stiff, it does not blend product well. This along with my TF bronzer brush are both brushes I’m disappointed in. I know many people love both of these 2 (05 & 06) TF brushes in particular. I’m not sure if my disappointment in mines are because they are not natural hair brushes like they originally were, or maybe the brushes are just over hyped in general.
Love, Love
Skin Inc is one of my favorite skincare brands. The price point isn’t crazy high like other ”high end brands. It's not a cheaply made product like some brands who market themselves as affordable. And most of all their products really work. The cool thing about these masks is customizing them according to your current skin concern on that day. They come in 3 different types, SKIN INC SUPPLEMENT BAR, Facial In-A-Flash Get Glowin Platinum Mask and Facial In-A-Flash Lines Be-Gone Rose Gold Mask
I've been enjoying all of them, especially mixing and matching them. I make sure I’m always stocked up. That’s how much I love and enjoy them. As with all of Skin Inc’s products the price is not too high. We shouldn’t be afraid to spend a few dollars on our face its the 1st thing people see, especially when we’re not wearing makeup. And I don't know about you but I don't have time to put makeup on to go to the mailbox.
Amazing
Due to an illness, I was on meds that completely changed my skin color from head to toe. I was about 2 to 3 shades lighter than my normal skin color We hoped once I stopped taking it my dark skin tone (which I loved) would return. Well after having to stop taking the meds as it was shutting my bone marrow did. Unfortunately, my natural skin tone did not return. It did try to on my face, causing my face to have two different skin tones. From the neck down I was 2 to 3 shades lighter than parts of my face. People would ask me, ”why did you just bleach your face?”. That was a none starter for me. Over the past few years, I've fallen in love with makeup and found myself buying two bottles of expensive foundations. That was not sustainable. So I started looking for ways I could even the tone of my face. I'm came across this gem and it works perfectly. I find myself looking at my face and being in awe, like is this my face. I've spent so much money to get the results I’m finally seeing in a matter of weeks. I'm not fully there but it feels good to create a look using one shade of foundation
Somewhat disappointed
I dreamed about owning this brush. For its price point, I didn't think I would ever spend that much money on one brush. Finally, I decided to treat myself and invest in this and another Tom Ford brush. I was disappointed that the brushes were no longer natural hair brushes but that the price was still the same. But I thought surely the quality would be the same.
The brushes are very soft, pick up product well and apply it decently. My biggest disappointment came when I washed my brushes after using them. Much to my shock, the brushes stained. I deep wash all of my brushes after every use, my biggest pet peeve is stained white brushes. Even though I know the brush is clean, just seeing the stain makes me not want to use the brush. Considering the price, I did not expect these brushes to stain. I have not used them since that original use, I really feel like I wasted $200 (the cost of the 2 brushes).
I’m on the fence
I love my Wayne Goss brushes. But I’m really on the fence on these. I’m not really into the fan brushes so would only be using three of the brushes. Given the quality of his brushes I don’t mind paying that for three brushes, I do worry about them not being natural brushes like the others.
I know much is made of the fact Tom Ford did not drop the price of his brushes when he changed from natural to synthetic. I brought mines after the change and there are incredibly soft and perform wonderfully. I didn’t even know they were no longer natural when brought mines (lol). I guess you can’t miss what you never had. I’m hoping the same for these Wayne Goss brushes. I’ll update this post after my 1st use.
