love the concept... HOWEVER..

I absolutely love the concept of this product as many of us mix our favorite products to use what works best for our own unique skin. I've used empty 3 wick candle jars w/ lids for years to preserve the powder I've mixed.. so I was so excited to try out this powder case. Nice size & perfect for placing a large face brush inside & tap on the sides without it going everywhere. However, the lid doesn't lock in place. It just sits on top. That's a bit concerning as we've all had moments of knocking things down while trying to rush to get ready. So I do recommend this product if you have a safe place to store it. But I do hope they change the locking of the lid

shade range is off a bit..

I can't Express enough how excited I was for this launch! I had 5 different sites up to ensure my order lol however, I'm extremely glad i ordered numerous shades as they seem to be off a bit.. lighter than expected. Originally i thought I'd be in the c5-9 range.. I was wrong. I'm closer to the c11-13 range. My suggestion to anyone that makes this purchase is to go to the store and do some shade matching to get your correct shade. On to the formula, it's definitely a badass formula.. very buildable BUT be sure to pat it out one last time before you set it. The powder has the most delicious (nonoverbaring)scent! I most definitely recommend this product!

not worth $50

I wanted to love this cause I love the concept of this mirror but it's definitely not worth $50.. maybe $20 max. Also claims to be unbreakable but that's very unlikely since it feels and looks to be made of very cheap materials.
