Bottle pump is faulty and doesn’t work

I’m not one to normally write reviews but I felt this needed to be said.

I recently ordered this product from beautylish as they were one of the few online retailers still selling this. However, when I tried using one of the bottled product, I noticed the pump was not working.

Now I do understand this might have been out of their control. However, since I paid a considerable sum for this product, the least I expected was to receive a functional product.
