I might be wrong, but I think the protective film/sticker is still on the mirror in your Blood Lust palette. My film is all scratched up looking too, but if you peel it off, there should be a beautiful, protected mirror underneath! I hope this helps & that your mirror isn’t all messed up...that’s always a bummer.
