I wish I could give it zero stars.

I love jeffrees products and have been a customer for years. This is the first time I ever had an issue. Eyeliner is definitely not perfected. It fell out in multiple broken chunks. Completely unusable. I put the chunks back in and tried to see if I could use it, color doesn’t even show up on eye. Don’t waste your money.
