Ripes your lips

I have never had a lip stick that felt like my lips were going to ripe when I tryed to put it on. So disappointed with it and Beautylish customer service ( they didn't even respond to my email, wow great customer service)

Coma shadow

Love the colors in this palette and I was really excited to try the Coma color. Put it in the outer corner of my eye it wasn't blending that great then my eye felt like it was on fire. Tried to pack it on with my finger and the shadow felt like sand in it. Any one else having the same problem?
