Made my skin worse! :(

I purchased this *really* wanting and expecting to love it, as I think the concept behind The Ordinary products is great. I have sensitive skin and usually get 1 or 2 large cystic pimples every couple of weeks. I've used it for about a week and each day I have woken up with new whiteheads in places that I never get pimples. I usually just get cystic acne, these little whiteheads are totally foreign to me. I also found it weird when I applied it to my skin it as would froth up like I was putting soap on my face. Considering trying others in the range but would like to be able to pinpoint the culprit ingredient(s) that made me break out :(
