Beauty Product Reviews
Cheap, too light weight plastic, arrived scuffed...
As soon as I took it out of the box the the mirror slip out of my have and the handle & piece of the star’s corners cracked clean off and the mirror (which already arrived scuffed) obviously cracked as well. Save you money, the cheap light weight plastic contradicts Jeffree’s publicly professed love for luxury; BUT CUT CORNERS ON HIS PRODUCTS.
Took a leap of faith, and the makeup gods were with me on this online purchase.
I am a latina (golden undertones with a dash olive, M AC's NC 35 & NW40) with an oily T-zone living on the east coast (my pores do not appreciate the changing climate). Usually I pull out "mattifying" foundations during the summer so I definitely took a chance in this dry January weather. I am so happy I did. Using a glycerin based primer this foundation glides on the skin like silk and blends (with a dampened make up sponge) like butter. The foundation works great with powder or cream products, does not slide of my face after a night on the town (drinks el dancing), fellow oily girls this is the year round foundation for us. A little goes along way , and yes Beautylish's color match is on point, follow the descriptions. W hat a relief, I found a foundation line that does not call for me to buy z different bottles just to get my exact natural skin tone) no longer do I HAVE TO use powders to adjust color tone either,as a working girl total time saver in the morning on my way into work.
Why is this brand here?
This line of makeup line is not good, why is it available here?? The setting spry is NOT effective on oily, normal sensitive or mature skin. The eye shadows have the staying power of talcum powder, cream products evaporate immediately- leaving behind zero color, and the gloss formulas are goopy sticky that eventually slip off the lips(too much oil in the formula). I'll be using another-pro makeup site...staying on trend with YouTube isn't important and their paid for reviews
