It is hard to find a pencil liner that is jet-black. For awhile I had been using Covergirl Perfect Blend eyeliners, but they would constantly lose color quite quickly throughout the day and smudge, with this liner the dark rich black stays and it does not smear as quickly. I love it and it's affordable.
