These are lovely!
I got Androgyny and Hoe Hoe Hoe and they are both fantastic! I love how Androgyny dries to a deep mauvey taupe... It's really quite unique! Hoe Hoe Hoe is also lovely as it has a subtle purple microglitter which isn't super noticeable, but you can definitely see a unique sheen in the lipstick when it's on the lips! These two are my first Jeffree Star lipsticks and I plan to get a few more when the ones I want are back in stock :).
Also got On the Prowl... Not bad, BUT..
Ok, I got The Huntress and On the Prowl. I put one shadow and liner on one eye and the other duo on the other eye, and honestly the base color is pretty much the same so there isn't a huge difference unless you look up close and see the glitter! With that being said, I thought I would like On the Prowl more as it's purple and my eyes are green, so they would stand out more, but I like The Huntress MUCH more, you can see the bronze glitter in that one much better. The eyeshadows are very pigmented and the glitter doesn't have much fall out which is great! The liners are also fantastic. If you're deciding between these two sets though, I would get The Huntress ;).
awesome!
GREAT eyeliner brush! Works super well with the inglot gel liners. Love it. Not too stiff and not too soft. Also, the point at the end is perfect!
So soft, but BIG for eyes
I love how soft this is, I wish the eye shadow brush I got was just as soft! This brush is good for blending, but it is huge... SO big that I feel it would do better as a contour brush.
Super black AND long lasting
Wow, this is the blackest of black liners, AND it stays on! It comes off well with the bioderma miscellar water, meanwhile, it won't come off with my exfoliating hand soap??!! So weird! Lol.. Anyways, great liner, totally worth the money!
Hmm, well, not bad
I would give more stars if it was softer. It's a good brush, I enjoy it for blending in the crease area, but for the price, I expected much softer hairs. Also, I wish the handle felt more sturdy. The magnet at the bottom adds a lot of weight while the trunk is very light, creating a strange balance. I don't love, but I like.
Amazing!
So, I ordered this and changed my mind after it had already been processed by beautylish, but I'm so glad that they couldn't cancel it for me!! It works great as a contour brush! I did what Wayne Goss suggested in his video, and applied bronzer to half of the brush, and then swooped down my cheekbone. I realized that next time I won't need as much bronzer, as this brush picked up a LOT and the product went exactly where I wanted it to!! Super satisfied.
So nice!
Well, of course when I opened the package, I was thrilled to feel how soft and amazing this brush is. The density is very good, and it does a lovely job of applying all over face powder (although it is a tad small for that). I know it isn't really meant for all over powder, but I already have blush brushes that I'm happy with. I really wish Wayne Goss would release an all over face brush which is large than this, yet smaller (and cheaper) than the holiday brush!!
I love it
This brush is so darn cute! And it does a great job at applying blush! It's true that it is not as dense as many other brushes are, but it doesn't even matter. It does a fabulous job of applying blush, and the size of it helps guarantee precise application. It is also SO soft. The only brushes I've owned before this were some MAC ones and other crappy drugstore brand ones, so this feels like luxury!
Lovely colors
The Uptown Girl palette is perfect for me. I don't ever wear flashy colors, so this palette is lovely. All colors are buttery and have great pigmentation, except for the pop shade (bottom left corner). It's a lovely sparkly shade, but it just doesn't stay in place! This is pretty normal for any shade of this texture, but I wish it was easier to work with. Luckily, it's the one shade that I will barely ever reach for! Great palette otherwise!
