Best Lip Product for Custom Colours

I've been using OCC for years! The Lip tars are one of my favourite beauty products ever! Slightly drying (for staying power) and most have a hint of mint in them (so steer clear of us around the eyes) hydrate lips well before! The pigment is to die for. A little goes a long way, seriously. 'Tarred' and 'Feathered' are a must have for any kit.
